Chipmunks chewing stuff pic - There are many Internet resources that can show a pic of chipmunks chewing stuff, but the most reliable websites will be those that are a part of a wildlife removal company. Discovering just what animal is chewing in your home can be more involved than just finding a pic that looks similar. Chipmunks and other rodents have idiosyncrasies that will set them apart from one another. If you are suspicious that you have a chipmunk in your home, the first thing you should do is take a day to inspect the outside of your home. Look everywhere. It only takes a hole the size of a quarter to let a chipmunk inside. If you find a questionable area, you will be able to tell if chipmunks are using it because they will leave obvious evidence of their trespass. Chipmunks have very oily skin, and this greasy residue will rub off onto most surfaces the animals come in contact with. The absence of a grease stain doesn’t mean you’re home free. It may mean that you have a different animal in your attic. Squirrels and chipmunks are often confused when a home invader is suspected. Squirrels will also leave oil marks around an opening, but only after prolonged usage and not to the extreme as would a chipmunk. Squirrels are also more indiscriminate eliminators, whereas chipmunks will leave piles of droppings only in places where they travel most.
